BOUNTY FOR INFORMATION

Seeking information regarding two individuals spotted in the Spire-town and its environs.

The first, an Arsa Sidhe man, dark of hair, purple eyes. Wearing a green kimono. Parading around as a noble. His name is unknown, but he is suspected of being involved in kidnapping, extortion, murder, and—worst of all—disturbing the sanctity of the Kawatare Shrine of the Twin Birds. Presumed to have fled town.

The second is a girl named Aoi. Half-Arsa Sidhe, no older than sixteen winters. Bears an elaborate tattoo of vines along her arm. Last seen wearing Korami shrinekeeper garb. Presumed to have fled town.

Relevant information will be rewarded with a payout of fifty crowns. Come forward to Militia Captain Umeneri Helara, or Shrinekeeper Viktoria du Vailliant.
