Overview

1. Please read these terms and conditions carefully ("Agreement"). You ("the user") agree to be bound by the rules of the avalore.net website, Minecraft server, and other associated entities ("Avalore") laid out herein. Acceptance of these terms is a requirement to participate in the Avalore community and you must not use the site until they are satisfied with and can accept these terms and conditions.

2. In order to accept this Agreement, you must be a resident of an Authorized Jurisdiction and be at least 18 years of age, or if you have parental/guardian consent, at least 16 years of age in all other Authorized Jurisdictions. The Avalore community is not intended for use by users under 16 years of age. You thus hereby affirm and represent that (1) you are at least 16 years of age in the applicable Authorized Jurisdiction, (2) you have the consent of your parent(s)/guardian(s) to use the services provided by Avalore if you are under 18 years of age, (3) you have all the applicable rights and authority to grant us the rights granted herein, (4) you have no legal restraints or orders that prevents you using our services or contact with certain users, and that (5) you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you cannot make this affirmative representation truthfully, you may not use the services provided by Avalore. 

3. Avalore administrators have the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist the site staff with their moderation duties.

4. Avalore administrators have the right to change these terms and conditions, and any site rules, at any point without warning. Whilst you may be informed of any changes, it is your responsibility to check these terms and the rules at any point.

5. The parties agree that any information disclosed and all materials provided on Avalore are provided "as is", and use of that information by the user is at the sole risk of the user. Avalore makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, with respect to conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Avalore makes no representation or warranty, whether express or implied, as to the accuracy or reliability of information provided on Avalore, including but not limited to any sites linked to from Avalore. Avalore is not liable for any actions that the user undertakes while interacting with any Avalore services.
