"Looking for fellow academics to assist in researching the crystals in the bathhouse. Currently in possession of a small sample containing an arcane glow. If you know anything about the crystals, or the individual who asked for them in the first place, please feel free to drop by the library. Any information on the Spire itself is also more than welcome!"
