A notice would be penned in flowing, quite fancy writing and posted upon the notice board.

My name is Araminta. I returned to this town after some time and was shown no small amount of kindness in being allowed to stay within someone's home.
It has occurred to me now that as I continue to live here, and establish myself- Taking up additional space in such a crowded house is.. detrimental, both to myself and those who have shown me such kindness. Thusly, I seek a more permanent place I can reside, should any have a spare room.

Should you wish to contact me, I can often be found in the area of town hall, and I shall be checking this post frequently.

I'm located by the merchant stalls, the orange and white roofed building marked Vardys Variables.
It is a shop, but the upper apartment doesn't suit someone my size.
I would be happy to find a time to meet and greet about it.
