Read the following prompt:
The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

The fey-touched meets the eyes of the older woman for a moment. Her eyes then drift down to watch the woman speak, opening a notebook on her lap so that she may write out her response. "It's that obvious that I'm nervous? Well... I suppose it's hard not to be nervous. I'm coming to the Reach in hopes of a fresh start."
There is a pause in the movement of her hand as she stops writing for just a moment. She peers back up at the woman, wondering to herself is she really should share such personal information with a stranger. After a few moments, her mind seems to be made up. Her gaze travels back down to her notebook and she continues to write, shifting her position in hopes of allowing the woman to read along as she does so. "I don't exactly follow the same beliefs as my own family back home. I heard there are many different people that have traveled to the Reach.. so I thought it could be my best chance to find others to learn from. My family are Fireborne.. I've never been able to agree with their beliefs and choices. Rather, I find beauty in what we can heal and encourage to grow. So, I was hoping there would be people with similar beliefs in the Reach. A chance to find a place where I feel like I'll truly belong."
The fire fey-touched peers up to the woman with a broad smile once she is finished writing. She then takes a moment to write one last sentence before extending her scale covered hand in offering of a handshake while holding up the notebook in the other. "My name is Isseria, it is wonderful to make my first new friend of the Reach!"

Brief Physical Description:
Isseria is a 5'2" young woman. She has dark red hair that reaches to her hips. She tends to keep her hair down and free despite the length. She often will try to weave various flowers and plants throughout her hair. Her eyes are a bright yellow. Her skin is covered in a mixture of yellow and red scale patches and the skin below that is a darker tan. Her fingertips appear to be scorched at the end. She tends to wear various shades of greens and blues, often wearing a simple shirt and pants to make it easier for her to navigate and interact with the world. She carries a simple bag, a small knife that wouldn't do much in a fight, and a notebook and writing utensil that she never leaves behind.
