Mutants. That is what they call us.Â
It is said with disdain—with hatred. Often followed by claims that we are reckless monsters, animals without mercy or reason.Â
But what is the true meaning of the word 'mutant'? Is it not the natural response of a body to improve?
Is their hatred, to the point of creating a virus specifically to separate us, only vindicating the truth of it: that they are afraid? Afraid that, without mutating themselves, they will fall to the wayside?
They will be the ones to succumb to extinction?
I, for one, embrace it.
And this is a call for you to, as well.Â
We have been torn apart, tested on, violently injected with illnesses that only eradicate our kind.Â
Our population has been left on our own to save ourselves.
But one thing they have not accounted for is our ability to adapt—to mutate.Â
This tendency to survive has uncovered a critical weakness to his games, to his virus: numbers.
They prey on the paranoia their illness creates, on the isolation. But we have learned the point of the paranoia is beyond mere suffering—it is to keep us separate.
Because togetherness is the key.
And so together we will stand. Together we will fight.
And together, we will find our new home.

Time for a new arc... this is starting because of the Locke & Keye eventline, however, I have every intention for it to go far beyond that. I want Enzo to essentially pull a Magneto—gather mutants to create or find a civilization for mutants in response to the L&K attacks. This will technically serve as a guild of sorts, but moreso a collection of people, a population! And again, it will go beyond L&K, though it will start there; aiming to assist in turning the tides of the L&K influence on mutants.
My ultimate goal, though, is to move 'us' to one of the new locations once those are out, and this is my start for that!
