These are rumors your characters may have heard around the Spire about the going-ons of the lands outside of the Southern Reach. Almost none of these now, or in the future, will be tied to upcoming events. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to @Moony
⌞Sharuul and Uul'san, Ko'ram⌝
- A daring raid by the Adarkhin into Uul'san saw the capture of Odokhi Emperor Anjikhin while he was inspecting the northern garrisons at Tongmo Fortress. The Odokhi have appointed the Emperor's younger brother as regent, who has vowed to fight and escalate the incident into full-scale war as the Great Adar prepares to exploit this surprise turn of events.
⌞The Northern Kingdoms and Valkian Empire⌝
- Tides turn worse yet for the Red-Fists stationed at Frostpeak's frontlines. While Public notices try to say otherwise, reports from those who fled the city say the Midlands garrison of the city is doing what it can to keep control of the besieged city. Petty Queen Ilona, of the ancient House Kallgren, is said to be leading the attack with hopes of restoring her family to throne of Frostpeak.
⌞Fallstone⌝
- Silgor, Fallstone's Brewmaster, has reported a historic deal with some of the various Greatling Clans towards the North of the Faded Steppe's reach. Fallstone will provide much of their non-hunted food and almost all of the ales, mead, and beers that could be desired. In return, Fallstone will enjoy toll-free access to the Northern Kingdoms for their caravans as well as stone from quarries owned by the Clans.
⌞The Eagle Isles, Mistan Isles⌝
- Terrible storms have battered The Eagle Isles more than usual these days, Mistspire Keep suffered some minor damages and a few smaller fishing ships were destroyed in Eryndor. Many fear this is an omen that signs a bad fishing season in the coming colder months.
⌞Northern Swamps, Southern Reach⌝
- Group of Walljack hunters report success in driving down the Horned Monarch threat. In other news, two walljacks panning for gold in the swamps stumbled upon a red stone. Appraisers agree it to be valuable, but none can settle on what it is, or why its worth should be. Word has travelled far for gemologists and lithomancers to investigate.
