Cowherd's Bounty
A certain bounty has come to the attention of the Van Pelt Gang, through Jeremiah Van Pelt. A bounty of ninety crowns is out for one Ivor Cowherd, a bushy-bearded man with an x-shaped scar on his brow. The scamp has supposedly stolen crops, in addition to robbing travelers on the road of the Southern Reach recently, after fleeing the Midlands for... certain reasons. He's targeted lone travelers, those in tiny groups, or those separated from their bigger groups. Word is, he's accompanied by someone else, too.
The last time that he was seen was around the mountains; South-east of Albern Crossing.
The air is heavy. Something is off.
(This is an event meant to be an interesting means of acquiring a mutation, with Jeremiah Van Pelt as the subject of said mutation. Details of the event may be discussed further.)
