To the Lady Helara,

I have had a little talks with you during my time in the reach, but I plead to civility. I do not know what matters happened with the councilor, but it is rumored that he is abducted by you and your lot. Although various individuals of the guard were maimed there is still a chance for a just outcome.

I do not know what drove you to such action, however with your insistence upon honor I pray there must have been a reason. I believe that ever action taken must be good for the outcome itself to be just.

I have a simple request:  Return the councilor, holding a man hostage over disagreement is paramount to tyranny.
