It has been decreed by the Guard Captain & Councilman Glover that for the remaining tenure of the current council, until proper elections, the following penalties continue beyond penances alone:

• Sirs Maliketh and Ardghal are to be unrecognized as knights within the premises of the Spire.
• The individuals Yuna, Helara, Bracchus and Altheric are ineligible for elections; they may vote, but cannot campaign themselves.
• The “Van Pelt gang” is to report any activity to the guard.
• Any acceptance of monetary aid from the “Finns” is considered bribery, and forbidden to town officials and guardforce. To be found guilty of a crime and to have taken a bribe as a non-official is considered a criminal association.
• Any knowledge of illegal smuggling or trafficking of goods may be brought to the guard for potential reward.
• The Book of Curses is advised to be returned to the Town Hall; it, in and of itself, is cursed.
