Whats good, my name's Nick. Those who know me from past server(s) would know me as Niko. I've been doing MCRP since 2015; it's fun, 10/10 would recommend.

Read the following prompt:
The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”
...
Gus appears taken aback by the question. Maybe because his mind was elsewhere for much of the ride, or maybe he ponders why this old woman keeps booking so many carriage rides to the Reach. The Greatling's brief silence to the question bespokes stoic contemplation but unbeknownst to this woman, Gus is on the verge of a really long sleep and lapsed on his Common.
"Walljacks came to trade with me."
Mentioning the swamp dwellers definitely sounds strange out of context and Gus realizes this the moment he finishes the sentence.
"I uhh.. never see them."
The palpable awkwardness from a self conscious Greatling is certainly something. Gus becomes aware his hips ache and adjusts himself on the carriage's hardwood seats before speaking again.
"Sorry, I um, don't get out much? No, uhh-... I heard the Aedall disappeared from the Walljacks and uhm, I wanted to see what happened. I'm a hunter and fur trader you see."
Gus blinks a few times. All the apprehension his reptilian pupils could instill is mellowed by the apparent sincerity behind them. The many fur-based apparel items he wears displays his prowess as a hunter certainly. All of this likely spawns more questions from the audience of travelers.
"... I'm Gus by the way."

His skin's color is reminiscent of alpine lichens on a boulder except for the darker blooming freckles on his face whilst his eyes bear a more striking green.
