Read the following prompt:
The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

Jolting awake mid-snore, the fluffy-haired Greatling peered through his curls towards the old woman."I'm meeting up with some Falstoners by The Spire, or I hope to." Scratching his chin, he'd sit up and yawn. "And no, to answer your question, I'm actually fairly excited." Stretching out his arms, the scaled giant stretched his arms out, not accounting for the smaller size of the wagon. "My mother was a Falstoner, she had her own wagon kind of like this one until my father stole her away." He'd pause momentarily. "They fell in love, he didn't kidnap- anyways, it's high time I reconnect with my people. Somewhere that isn't the Steppe." Falling silent after that, the half-breed looked off in the distance, all the echoey chatter clouding his mind as he instead envisioned what the experience ahead would have in store.
Not being the excessively chatty type, it was decided another nap was in order, at least until the wagon arrived where it needed. The monotony of traveling by cart was one he wasn't used to. Being raised by an Ashlander and a Falstoner meant always traveling, always fighting, and always being on edge, but here in this meager wagon, the only threat was exhausting small talk. He quietly hoped that the chatter around wouldn't be so mundane wherever he ends up. Until then it was another few hours of having to answer all the curious questions of an old woman, which he did for the sake of being polite, but slumber couldn't come sooner.

Brief Physical Description:
Undoubtedly brutish, the Half-Breed stands at 7'0", average for a Greatling, but his Fey blood bleeds through with the scales the blackened scales that run up his neck and coat his horns. His skin is thick, clay-toned, and covered in various scars now healed over. Black stains his fingers, approaching his wrists. A mess of dark curls makes up his hair, covering half his face. Behind those curls peeks his pitch-black eyes, the last mark of his fey heritage.
