The main goal of the Silent Asylum is, first and foremost, outreach. The main faculty of the spire's medical recourses are pooled at its heart. Often is it that one must venture within the town's boundary for care. The Silent Asylum's goal is to provide care on the move. The Silent Asylum will aim to station themselves where it is needed. Be it in the outskirts of the town or elsewhere. We are not here to judge people for their decisions in life, and we will provide treatment in the most dangerous places. A fee may be incurred depending on the severity of danger you are currently in or where you want medical personnel to be.

There are two main services the Silent Asylum provides. Medic-for-hire recruitment for missions of all sorts. It doesn't matter what it is, we won't tell, and we won't question it. What matters is that you get in, and we get you out unharmed. Insurance is no small thing. We also provide exemplary treatment to any persons who wishes to get treatment off the books. All medical records will be encrypted, and your name off the lists. If you wish to have an overnight stay to lick your wounds, we are happy to provide a room, on-hand staff, and not a whisper will pass of your arrival. Treatment is free (on a case-by-case basis), but protection will cost you.
