WANTED:    Those experienced prospectors, naturalists, woodsmen, and cartographers of The Spire which possess can-do attitudes and keen eyes for the uniqueness of a discovery and those markers that signal value in a stretch of land.    FOR:   The purposes of land surveyance and thorough documentation of the value of land and contents thereupon. That the spire is an untapped place full of potential alchemical, mineral, agricultural, and zoological wealth cannot be in doubt. That there are things here, amidst ruins and wilderness so long untouched, which are unique in all the world cannot be in doubt, likewise. We specialize in vinticulture and vinification, and produce a selection of wines, fortified and not, and several other wine-based alchemical tonics and beverages. For the purposes of our correspondence, refer to me as Ivette. I insist. Your organization's pamphlet has sparked some interest, and we would be delighted to participate in your guild's services and events. My relevant specialties consist of horticulture and some knowledge of alchemical processes in relation to the refining of alcohol.
