[!] In the dead of night, a small boat would row it's way to shore... And upon the docks were laid letters, addressed to the Spire. Some would have names written on them, to be delivered to those imprisoned or unaware... Regardless, it was clear that these letters were meant to reach their intended parties. The small rowboat was gone before anyone could breath a whisper of it's arrival, and a harsh pile of perfumed letters left in it's wake. During such, the two prospective candidates for council shall speak on their plans and thoughts for the Spire, and Meriel will give her own thoughts, hear questions and concerns, and speak of an exciting new element to politics in the Spire...
