Read the following prompt:
The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

"I'm searching for answers" Cael says with a heavy feeling of wistfulness. As he sits there thinking of his self-righteous mission, he glances at the one thing he has left of his mother, he flicks the lucky coin in the air hoping the outcome may change his fate. A golden, snowy peak looks back at him as if reminding him of his family. "My parents died when I was young", mother of saltblood disease and father from a collapse in the mines of Frostpeak. "People are hiding things from me back home so I am venturing out to seek the truth." A sense of warmth rushes over him as everyone else start to shutter. Thank the spirits I'm from the Ashelands, I'm not easily bothered by weather, Cael thought to himself. "Father brought us to Frostpeak in search of work, or at least that's what he wanted me to believe. He never talked about why we really left, but I suspect it had to do with him marrying a Valkyian. Mom used to tell me the story of how they met, although it changed from time to time as her sickness got worse." he reaches for his two battleaxes that lay by his feet and trace the relics along the blades to stop from thinking about the losses he has endured. he feels a frail grip on his arm as he reaches for the sharpening stone from his satchel. "You have come to the right place my dear, for every adventurer has a goal yet so many fail to have a reason." The old woman says." Welcome to Southern Reach." They slam to a stop, and Cael gets off the wagon and look around for a starting point. As he begins to walk off, Cael feels a few taps on my shoulder. The old woman stands there with a smile and he nods picking her up and setting her in a dry spot on the ground and she waddles off towards the markets.
