° How It Works

For the month of June, you will be able to purchase a contribution of  $10 USD in our store by clicking here. 100% of these proceeds go towards the final selected non-profit organization(s). After the end of June, the amount of money earned and how it is being distributed will be publicly posted.

Eight non-profits groups located in The United States have been selected by myself, and community polls will be run to determine the top three choices. Ideally if we have enough donations, they will be evenly distributed between the top two or three selected by the community. Otherwise, if donations do not exceed a total of $100 USD, all will go to the sole top organization.

Upon receiving your donation, Reedie will send me your username (or username of the person you are purchasing it for) and it will be entered into a spreadsheet. Rewards are manually given by me. However, only the in-game badge needs you online as the same time as me in-game to be received. My IGNs are Charybdis and JohnAvalore, feel free to poke me for it if you see me online, if your reward(s) are not yet received. This may end up being done in batches if there are a large volume of donations.

° Chosen Organizations

• Trans Income Project - A group based in Louisiana that provides practical support for trans folk by acknowledging the intersections trans individuals face, with an emphasis on supporting vulnerable members of the community who are also sex workers (of which 25% to 75% of trans folk engage with at some point in their lives).
  
• Supporting and Mentoring Youth Advocates and Leaders (SMYAL) - Washington D.C. based, this group offers a wide range of support from housing to education and training for LGBTQ+ youth aged 6-24.
• ACT UP (The Aids Coalition To Unleash Power) - An international grassroots org made of 100% volunteers formed in the 80s in response to the AIDS crisis, they continue today to provide support to those affected by HIV/AIDS with direct action.
• Grass Roots Gay Rights Foundation - A San Fransisco group that runs many events to raise funds for both local groups and LGBTQ+ scholarships.
  
• Stonewall Alliance Center - Based in California, this group runs LGBTQ+ workshops and education for service providers such as medical professionals, teachers, housing services and shelters, and more.
• Equality Texas - As the name suggests, a Texan organization that provides education and has done multiple initiatives such as the Queer Texas Crisis Fund, TransVisible project, and an Mpox initiative.
• Northwest Arkansas Equality - Provides services to the local community including HIV testing and education, support groups, educational book clubs, and running a directory for local resources.
• Equality Florida - A state-wide organization that runs initiatives such as their Safe and Healthy Schools Project, TransAction Florida, Parenting With Pride, and more.
