Sonoko of the Kirin Clan is announcing their run for a seat within the Council of Four.
In light of this announcement, with the permission of Adrian Pandion, the rallies of the two candidates
shall be conjoined into one.
This rally shall go over policy & allow the community to ask questions,
as well as vent concerns.
