Citizens of the Spire
For all who are to be concerned where the matters of governance lay

For us, the People of the Spire, it is of most importance, and has been, to hold ourselves engaged in the matters of politics and recognize that the voice that belonged to us is now fading, as the governance we once knew had been pulled from our grasps. If our intention lies with the understanding that the decisions taken upon by our Government shall respect the voice of those it governs over, then it is of no-debate that acting in idle manner fundamentally goes against the responsibility bequeathed to us by being governed over. For this, we must recognize the importance to act and hold the body of decision making accountable for each, and every choice made in the name of the Spire and its Citizens, as their legitimacy is rooted in the notion that the People allow them to act. Such is why any decision levied upon us that we, the People of the Spire, find to be an offence to our interests, we must voice our concerns and push back to being reconsidered through the pressure of accountability.  

Our voice, thus strength, relies upon the Petitioner’s Forum. Yet, for us to utilize and serve accountability to the governance, we must seek to organize ourselves into groups of interests, each fundamentally built upon core ideals and concerns. Through this means, we can ensure that every concern of the populace has a voice within the forum to be heard when their concern of government finds foot. Thus, labeling it, the likeminded must form ‘Citizen Associates’ and place their representatives within the Forum’s bounds. Thus, each Associate holds the responsibility for its concern, directed by the people within their ranks, allowing them full representation. Furthermore, the Associates, in league with the organizations recognized by the Forum must stand to meet and debate the matters of law and direction dictated by governance, and if need be, take legislature in their hands and file propositions to the Council through their Upper Representative, the Tribune of the People.
