Read the following prompt:

The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.

“Nervous?”

You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.

“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.

“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

"id sigh" to survive i suppose... and to eventually get my revenge. u see.. I used to live in the north with my family. my father once a great nobleman got into trouble with the nobles at the skykeep castle. And as punishment they demanded that he was the one that would have to fix the extreme food shortage in the skykeep castle. but just like many before him he failed and ended up being executed just like the rest of my family. i got lucky and managed to flee to the midlands where i eventually got stranded in mariza the large trading city. you have probably heard of it. with nowhere to go and without money i eventually desperately joined a large party that was out to hunt a horned monarch that was ravaging nearby. after quite some time we tracked it down and with a lot of trouble eventually slayed it. though that was not without losses. everyone died and i personally only survived by pure luck "my look turns slightly somber" after that event i was able to take a boat to the lands of mori. "i scratch my head" but u would never guess what happened. "the woman looks at me interested" the boat i was on got in a bad bad storm and well... the boat sank... and once again with my stupid luck i eventually woke up on the shore of one of the mist isles. "i look at the woman" perhaps i am cursed. everyone around me dying and me being the only one that survives again and again "i clench my fist" but heyy guess what my trouble did not even stop there. once i made my way to the sirensong port i got mistaken for a criminal that had stolen some goods from a merchant and got arested and send to the krakens keep to be locked up. but GUESS WHAT "i say loudly" the transport got ambushed by some bandits and magically EVERYONE EXCEPT ME DIED "i palm my face in frustration thinking back" so yea... i ended up dwelling the mistlands traveling back to sirensong because hey where else was i supposed to go. luckily there i was able to find some smugglers that would get me to Doigt Céruléen. at that point i had not much of a choice but going back to the midlands. i mean any place was better than being trapped in the mist isles. and well after that there is not much that happened. i eventually found this caravan and decided to join it so i could head to the spire and maybe actually restart my life there... so yea now here we are "i chuckle" weird story huh "the woman shakes her head" thats a lot to take in at once "she says" you sure as hell are a lucky one in a certain way "she chuckles" though i am honestly suprised when i heard the part about the horned monarch. not many people live to tell the tale. i heard that they can freeze their enemies in place by just a stare. is that correct? "she says to wich i simply nod" im afraid they can do things far scarier than that. "then the cart were in comes to a halt" it seems we have arrived "the woman says to me" this is where we part ways then. i wish you the best "i get out of the cart and head into the spiretown"

Hello! My name is Merry, and I’ll be handling your whitelist application. Thank you for your patience with the delay, things have been busy with the holidays.

A few changes will need to be made before your application can be accepted. To start, while your character can be a noble, he cannot be a son of any noble more powerful than a Baron or Lord/Lady, so unless he is exaggerating his father’s role, that will need to be changed. Azel is also listed as human, but the eyes on his skin are a bright pink-purple. This would only be possible if he was at least partially Arsa Sidhe.

I would also like to double check that you mean for Azel’s spectacularly bad (or, spectacularly good, depending on how you look at it) luck to be the result of mundane coincidences, and not the result of a fable interfering, as characters are generally not allowed to start off with ties to a fable or magic that could give them any kind of advantage.

Lastly, please look over your capitalization, quotation marks, and general grammar.
