Should such deception be proven, said Fey shall be held accountable in accordance with established Fey Customs and the Rules governing bargains, titles, and truth.

For the petitioner, the presenting argument shall be delivered by Meriel Gwyneth Noctis, accompanied by the Fey known as 'Scales' as her advocate.
