A series of colourfully-dressed carnies often seen sporting red and gold costuming. Led by Terryn Fenro Bellefuelle. Equipped with weapons, with some possessing skills in the arcane. To what extent is unknown. Information on their whereabouts, intentions, and other relevant matters are desired.

Summary: Tarvoch Canavan, also known as Caleb Citranitas. Hair is currently dyed black and messily done into a huge mop of curls, one big clump of hair falls messily down his face like a waterfall, without hair dye he's a ginger. walnut colored skin rendered head-to-toe in burn marks. Pieces of charcoal-burnt bark on his arms, wide and anxious eyes a fey-touched golden yellow. Last seen in a bleached-white wooden mask with black tearstreams down the eye-holes alongside ratty brown clothes and corduroy pants. Was known to be taken by a woman named Kitty Grandine back to the Midnight Circus.

Summary: Rose & Co. Mercenary Company reports the presumed death of their leader, Artemio “Mio” Rose, following an encounter in the woods with an unidentified figure described only as having glowing eyes. Two surviving members fled after hearing screams that abruptly ceased. The body has not been recovered.

Information is sought regarding the location of Rose’s remains and the identity of the individual responsible.

Summary:  The man known as Van Pelt, also called “The Rieper,” is declared Black Marked within Spiretown and its territories. A Walljack mutant of short stature with brown hair and facial hair, he fights with elongated claws, moves with predatory agility, and is reported to possess acidic blood and an unnaturally keen sense of smell. He is responsible for the bombing of the Velvet Requital and its refugees during a recognized grace period between governing bodies, resulting in the deaths of hundreds. Evidence suggests a fractured persona, “The Rieper,” bound to a curse carrying the residual souls of those slain. Paired with the presence of mutations and a prior curse, it is now believed he is cursed with vampirism in more recent times.

Since his return, he has committed multiple offenses under Spire Common Law, including breaking and entering, kidnapping, repeated assault, bribery to induce mutilation, blackmail under threat of death, dealings with hostile otherworldly forces, and attempted corruption of governance. Notably, he approached the Lady Steward offering “discreet services” consistent with his criminal position—proving that he is willing to engage in corruption with the governing body of the Seneschalty.
Reward: 3,000 Crowns for their verified death, and body brought forth.

Summary:  This Red Mark extends to any known affiliates who knowingly align themselves with Van Pelt, also called “The Rieper,” whether through direct participation in his gang or through coordinated involvement with the unlawful collective known as The Cabal. At present, identified affiliates include Enzo and Grydda Kinhhalt, with credible indication that additional sympathizers and collaborators may exist. The one known as Enzo commonly uses the callsign of an Ace of Spades, whereas Grydda is known as the former Headmistress of the Hermetic Assembly before her resignation and relocation to the Undercity.

As declared in the Late-Skybright Stewardal Decree, any individual found to be knowingly aiding, abetting, or operating in concert with Van Pelt shall be treated as hostile and subject to enforcement under the authority of this Red Mark. Voluntary renunciation of affiliation and surrender into lawful custody will be the sole recognized avenue for reconsideration.
Reward: 500 Crowns per member brought to the authorities.

Summary: Cuandi Jawlhart, a mutant and Captain of the Black Fins crew, is wanted for repeated and escalating acts of violence within the bounds of the Spire. He is described as bearing black hair and severe scarring across half his face. Jawlhart has engaged guards in open confrontation, inflicted injury without hesitation, destroyed public and private property, and repeatedly evaded lawful arrest by force and flight. He is considered combative, defiant of authority, and willing to escalate rather than yield.
Reward: 1,500cr to be brought to the authorities.

Mark: Red
Summary: This Red Mark applies to any vampiric individual found actively feeding upon, assaulting, or otherwise unlawfully preying upon another within Spire jurisdiction. Such persons shall be treated as hostile and subject to immediate enforcement.

However, any hunter or claimant who provokes, coerces, engineers, or manipulates such feeding for the purpose of manufacturing justification for lethal force shall forfeit all claim to bounty and be subject to prosecution under Spire law. Exploitation of this Mark to incite violence will not be tolerated.
Reward: 400 Crowns per Mark fulfilled and brought to the authorities.
