My name is Hae, a Factor of House Jiin. And I have traveled months from home to be here with you. Please consider this my cordial invitation to join your Councillors and myself in a night of Revelry. I have received word that the remainder of my party are expected to arrive in a few short days and we are very much eager to introduce one another and hopefully begin a friendship between our two peoples. 

It is my hope that strangers might become familiar, and that familiar faces may one day be called friends. So all who wish goodwill are welcome to find us at your grand festival grounds. May the evening be warm, and the company warmer.

Expect music, plentiful drinks and stories to be shared.

What is the event about?
A foreign group is visiting the Spire and wish to be friends / establish friendly relations. It is also a springboard for a few plotlines involving politics, trade and even crime.
