A request is tacked on to Spire's noticeboard, nestled between all the other parchments. The handwriting is unfamiliar--seemingly the first posting from this individual. 

Urgently requesting the aid of a mage who is either a Tellurgist or able to cast within the branch of Tellurgy. Must be willing to travel to Albern's Crossing. More will be explained upon arrival. Seek out the Fey-touched woman with scales, or ask around for Isabis.
