As of Snowmelt 13, 1642, by authority vested in the Office of the Stewardess and under the jurisdiction of the Seneschalty of the Southern Reach, let it be formally recognized and recorded that the lands herein granted unto Edvard Rosson shall be held under title of custodial tenure rather than common rental or temporary leasehold. Under this designation, the holder shall possess the right to directly maintain, inhabit, cultivate, and improve the granted lands as his own holding, without expectation of recurring rental payment or standard tenancy obligations owed upon ordinary citizen plots.

Such rights shall remain vested in Edvard Rosson for the duration of his custodianship, provided the holding is neither abandoned nor used in direct violation of the laws and interests of the Southern Reach. However, it is likewise recognized that the land itself remains, in final authority, property of the Seneschalty and its people. As such:

• The holding may not be sold independently of the authority of the Seneschalty.
• Said rights may not be subdivided, transferred, or reassigned without recognition from the Office of the Stewardess.
• Should Edvard Rosson willingly relinquish the holding, perish, vanish, or otherwise leave no clearly declared and recognized successor, the holding shall revert fully unto the Seneschalty.
• A successor may be named through formal declaration, testament, or recognized familial succession, subject to review should disputes arise regarding legitimacy or suitability.
• This tenure does not constitute absolute ownership, and may be reviewed or revoked should the holding fall into severe neglect, abandonment, unlawful usage, or prolonged inactivity without communication to the Seneschalty.
• In absence of clear succession or continued maintenance of the holding, the Office of the Stewardess and its appointed authorities retain the right to reclaim, redistribute, preserve, or repurpose the land in accordance with the needs of the Southern Reach.

Let this be entered into record and upheld accordingly.

[ OOCly, the region is still mechanically maintained through the standard ARM rental system. However, if the region expires, is relinquished, or otherwise becomes inactive, it does not return to public availability and instead reverts to ownership under the Seneschalty. ICly, this was done awhile ago around the Typhon Tournament as per the Stewardess' request fulfillment, but has been put off until now due to my ongoing hiatus. ]
