Seeking Knowledge on Fey

A well written formal note is written upon fine parchment reading simply

I am seeking information from the very simple to the most complex. I recently became victim to a fey, one who spoke of their 'return' before sending me to the top of The Spire. I am not one who personally studies fey, and I admit I know not where to start. If any who have knowledge on fey who have - Admitbly I know not how to phrase this it vanished perhaps? or went 'away'? I would like to speak with you.

For more specific details, I became lost in the woods and stumbled upon a door, where a Fey, I am ashamed to say, got the better of me and tricked me into agreeing to their deal. After the fact when I was finally right of mind I checked my body and found a tattoo upon my back. A book and quill bound in chains. If anyone recognizes the symbol, Please contact me within the flower valley.
