These are rumors your characters may have heard around the Spire about the going-ons of the lands outside of the Southern Reach. Almost none of these now, or in the future, will be tied to upcoming events. If you have any questions feel free to reach out to @Moony

⌞Uul'san and Sharuul, Ko'ram⌝

"WAR WAR" The Spire's town criers screech out as they relay news from the distant lands of Ko'ram. The Adarkhin have pressed their advantage after capturing the Emperor Anjikhin.

Despite swift attempts by the Odokhi to organize under the Emperor's brother, there was little that could have been done to stop Buzeje's Riders from creating a formidable front-line defense along the Yirumat River. Armed with Valkian steel, a gift to the Adarkhins after Buzeje's daughter was married to King-Emperor Rayan's son, the Adarkhins have been consistently repelling any attempts by the Odokhi to cross the river.  

As if things weren't looking grim enough for the Odokhi already, Adarkhin forces have created a second front in Uul'san when they made landfall on the Weizi Peninunsula. Towns and villages fall rapidly under the Adarkhins banner while the local Odokhi garrisons in Weizi fail to hold the line. They say by the time this news arrives to the Southern Reach it is likely that Beiti, the provincial city of the peninsula, will be under siege.
