Read the following prompt:
The sound of clinking glasses and idle chatter welcome you in as you find yourself stepping into The Full Cask. An older man with a full mustache and warm smile beckons you over to the bar he's tending. His gazes washes over you, a glint of some knowing look shining in his eyes. As you sit, his voice rumbles out:
"Hello there stranger! What can I get for you?"
After you order, he continues to make small talk. "You must be a newcomer. I'm Maarten, glad to meet you." He says with a certain kindness in his tone.
"Tell me, what brings you to the Spire?"

Aldarion would settle in at the tavern bar, just as he had done many times before, though this time in a place far away. He slowly raised his gaze from the table to the man attending him.
“Give me something strong, something that’ll burn my throat,” he says in a fairly calm tone.
Aldarion nods. “What brings me here…” He lets out a slight sigh. “You could say a long chain of mistakes. My family was part of the Great Adarkhin Clan, among the finest warriors in Ko’ram. My life flowed peacefully, I met a woman, a fey-touched from the Ashlands, a faithful follower of the spirit of the Fire Dragon. We met in her lands, in the Ashlands, and we had a son.” Aldarion takes a sip of his drink before continuing, “But I had to return to Ko’ram, I couldn’t keep running away from my other family duties. Even though I already had a son with that woman, my family didn’t like the idea of having a family outside our region. So I returned, and I had to forget everything that had happened, I got married, had another son, and even received the family blade.” Aldarion shakes his head briefly as he recalls it all. “It turns out they both passed away…” Aldarion looks down, then finishes his drink. “That made me think about everything all over again. I couldn’t let my other son be left alone. Although it might be too late, I haven’t lost hope of finding him here, in the Spire…” Aldarion remains silent for a moment. “I left everything behind in Ko’ram. All I have left is my warrior spirit. I hope this decision doesn’t turn me into a weak soul.” Aldarion stands up, pays for his drink, and then leaves in silence.

Brief Physical Description: Aldarion is 6'1 tall. His hair is black, short, and slightly messy. He has light skin and angular, slender features, with narrower shoulders and hips. At 55, he still looks relatively young. He wears a dark brown leather jacket with wine colored tones and reinforced shoulder pads, paired with dark pants and visibly worn traveling boots, essentially functional clothing rather than fashion.
