Appearance:
Kappa stands at around 5'4 with long slightly curly light brown almost blonde hair that is typically styled into a long over the shoulder ponytail that goes down to his mid thigh.
He has reddish-pink skin, clear of any obvious scars or blemishes. However under his shirt hides a few nasty scars, most notably two top surgery scars and a massive scar ranging from just under his side chest too the front of his pelvis, which is what remains from a grievous wound that he had as a child.
The elf has an unassuming face, the round shape and doe like yellow eyes make him seem innocent and a little childlike, complimented by his long downward elf ears.
He's not dressed in anything fancy, a plain baggy shirt with long sleeves covering most of the arms. His wrists seem to be covered in leaves that range from green to a nice shade of blue, they blend well with his sleeves and if someone where to ask he will respond by saying that's exactly what they are. But anyone close enough to feel knows that there is a a rough bark-like texture running all the way up to his mid upper arm.
The blue capelet is an item he is never seen without, shirts may change but the cape always stays. It looks like it has been sewn back together in many places, obviously well loved, the golden clasp has lots of scratches but still shines as if it where new. The hood is hardly ever used, bar the times he is unprepared for the rain.

Personality:
Kappa is a kind and caring individual, though he is a bit of a coward.. No matter how much he likes to say he is not.
He isn't apposed to talking to new people, especially if it means gaining more knowledge that could be interesting to his dads back home. His entire goal is to be able to provide more books for their library.
When you get to know him, he opens up more slowly becoming more snarky and talkative. At times it would seem like he could talk for hours about all of the things he's learned over the years!
