The Hospital direly lacks patient records. With hostility surrounding the town as of late, it is important to have medical records of your physical features, weight, height and general health. For allowing Elreyna to have up to an hour of your time, you will also gain a more decent understanding as to your physical mundane health. Once you are on file, should anything happen to you, we can identify you and know who to contact.
