An individual, "Sigmund", needs assistance recovering his wagon of medical supplies. Maliketh has been given the reigns of the Militia to complete the recovery.

My wagon was travelling off the beaten path. It was parallel of the path to the Spire from the north by a few kilometers. My ox ran off into a treeline, casting me from the cart. The thing broke it's leg, and then necrophages showed up.I need assistance clearing the necrophages from the cart so I might re-aquire the medical supplies aboard the wagon. I'd like if they were repurposed for The Spire's hospital, as long as they arent to rot out there in the forest. Me and my lot know where the cart is, it'll be easy to get you there. Maybe four days of travel there and back.
