Lecture upon the Arcane
Elreyna Xal'tara will be hosting a lecture about the fundamentals of Arcane Theory on Darkmoon 1st.
It shall be hosted at the Library Classroom, though if it becomes over capacity, it will be moved into the Library Gardens.
