I'm new to roleplay but very excited to get started! I've been playing minecraft for a very long time and I'm excited to learn more techniques for my builds everyday!

The rhythmic lull of hoofbeats are a marching drum to the small group of pioneers and variety of folk you have found yourself amongst, packed into a wobbling wagon. The rolling plains of the Southern Reach and a clear sky stretch out all around you, the buzz of excited chatter a dull wash in your ears as your mind strays to your former life and what has led you here to new lands.
“Nervous?”
You blink, returning to the present moment. A kindly older woman sat near you is smiling warmly with a crinkle to her eyes.
“I can tell it’s your first time. Still remember mine,” she flashes a grin and leans in.
“Tell me my dear, why have you come to the Reach?”

Cirro sits in the wagon, jostled around by the rough terrain under the wheels. He keeps his cloak wrapped around him tight, his body unfamiliar with the cooler air of the Southern Reach, spending his life in the Ashlands just south of Dragon’s Maw, living as a Fireborn, he keeps his hands and ears hidden, blackened skin like a curse upon his soul and family. He looks up to the older woman, his voice soft and flat but not unkind, “I came to look for a new life. Just something new… well, newer than the place I’ve been my entire life.” He looks in his messenger bag, kept between his feet to insure no wondering hands decided to come looking for their next meal, he looks between the books and blueprints he was able to bring with him from home, including a book given to him by one of the only people who knew he was leaving, a childhood best friend, a greatling he had grown up beside since infancy, now a guard for whoever paid him enough to betray his ideals. He looks longingly at the book, his eyes wistfully gliding over the insignia etched into the smooth leather outside, he longs to go home but he knows the months long journey to the Southern Reach will have been worth it once he’s able to find a destiny and home for himself, away from the whispers and accusations of bad luck that came with his birth and heritage. He just needed to find a place to call home first.
