A fisherman who first arrived to the Spire with the intent of fulfilling the terms of a dubious will, now both emboldened by the recognition of her beloved Fable, the Siren Serene, and embittered by the endeavors that led to this acknowledgment by the turbulent, ever-changing Ocean.
Recognizable by skin covered in various scars and blueish-black and twinkling gold scales. Erratic, easily readable oceanic eyes appear calculating in almost every interaction, only at ease in the presence of the ocean. Akin to the appearance of a sea beast, the Siren’s Blessed is adorned with fins atop her shoulders, webbed ears, shark-sharp teeth, and sharpened digits, almost like a creature stuck between worlds.

- Threatened with the life of the object of her affection, the Bosun, betrayed the Spire Militia and the Council of Four by divulging their plans for the funereal banquet hosted by the crew of the Vice & Velvet. Exposed by the Lady Meriel Noctis, and penanced for her treason.
- Recovered the silver statue of the Bosun from the Wax Wights, alongside Marshal Umeneri, Lady Noctis, and other members of the militia.
- Alongside the Magister's Understudy, Yarrow Neredas, tricked the Silver Fey in a deal to retrieve [. . .] on their behalf, murdering Elzpeth Currenous, another victim of the Silver Fey, preventing them from acquiring the ability to intimately know the deals between man and Fey. Recovered her beloved daughter, Mele, upon the success of the betrayal.
- With the generous cooperation of House Morancaire, Callan established the Shrine of Refuge just south of the Spire, taking the remains of the Alimony's Due and transforming it into a sanctuary for the migrant and the sailor to experience true serenity.
