Hayate Shimizu, The man for the job!
Hayate is a humble chef, wishing to aid the Spire in the most direct way possible... Through being a council member! He is the oldest of five siblings back in his homeland, and the son of a chef before him... And he's ready to cook up some fantastic ideas for the Spire!
He's got a good deal of ideas to help improve quality of life around the Spire, such as fostering our land and bolstering our own economy... No longer will we rely on the big empires for all of our traded goods! Reliance opens the door for oppression, and Hayate wants us to break our chains and be independent!
Here are some of his propositions:
- Cultivation of more farmland, so not only can the Spire have staple food year-round, but we can also have our own trading goods!
- Potential land surveys to see what sort of materials we can garner without scaring the beauty of our lands... Such as mines for ores and other essential minerals and metals!
- Focus being placed on the businesses of the Spire, and incentive being given out to those who wish to start a new business to help our economy flourish!
- Implementation of systems where the people get more say than ever, so that the power isn't held in the hands of the few... Bust up any chance at silencing the people!
- Plus many more ideas! Seek the man out, and ask him exactly what he'd like to do!
Overall, Hayate is first and foremost a man of the people, and any suggestions they might have for him... He will listen to with an open heart! He may be gruff, he may be mean... But he's a man of action more than anything!
