It's said that the party boat owned by Kyrus, Sands on the Wind, left port one morning, only to vanish for the day and come back near evening with wounded shuffling off, the ship barely held together. It's certainly going to need repairs...

Late in the night, a Fey-touched woman can be seen setting off through the eastern gates of the Spire, clutching a grimoire in scaled hands. She doesn't speak to anyone - and she seems to be in quite a hurry.
She does not return for some time.

Along the beachside coast, at the early ebb of nightfall... a familiar green portal stretches out upon the sand. A beat... A crackle... Those around the dockyard feel the air flash in a sudden heat, followed by a rapid cold... An explosion - deafening -
The mysteries continue: For just a moment, an obelisk of ice and flame could be seen stretched up like a coiling spiral up towards the dual-moons... Moments later, a group seen rushing down the coastline... A clattering of flaming swords and pyrebolts renders it to nothing more then mist, and the sky breaks out in fireworks...?
Flame cast out into a spiraling pattern, a wiggly shape... Like a Worm. Ashes, embers and frostbitten mist rain down over the beach throughout the night... Whatever happened - it left for quite an explosive show...
Those who live upon the block near Casa de Marchesi and the Mal'arn house see the group shuffling back to their homes, a stumble from an armless jester and a blinded voidtouched as they all meander back within the house...
⋆︎˚。⋆ Another normal easy night for that household, so it seems. ⋆

An unfamiliar silhouette in very familiar burgundy robes was seen lurking around the clinic.
Those coming to take a certain coyote's bounty would find themselves empty-handed; their prize had been swept away, a chaste knight of mischief to blame for her rescue.
Little is left in clues, save for a delicately placed note, painted on the wall with marker.
"You all play unfairly." Signed with a black lip mark.
Whispers and mutterings pass through the common folk, as talk is made about the formation of something new. Supplies are carried off the docks and set aside in warehouses willing to house them for the right cost. Portions of the Spire's artisans find themselves offered payment for the production of basic arms and armor.
Something brews within the Spire itself- and the form of The Drake alongside his Shadow are often seen at these business dealings, laying the groundwork. One word passes around frequently enough to meet the common ear, often present in these dealings:
The enemies of the Spire will meet with "Steele".
[This is a Locke & Keye related rumor post, but the vague rumor is common throughout the Spire itself.]
As the Joust Event draws to an end, occasional chatter may mention that a very proud 3rd-Place Winner of the Tournament, one Helena Meli, is looking to put her skills to good use in any "associations that hold themself to kinghtly standards".

In the early morning hours, a group of four departed from the Shrine for the Lady of the Wake.
One blessed by the twin-birds
A Greatling who had been gone, and subsequently returned
One bewitched by the fey
and one Cursed to thrive in darkness
A single goal muttered: “We are going out to find The Lady. It is time.”
A day or two would pass after the travelers set out by foot. Eventually, they returned to the shrine where they had first once gathered. A white-haired half Arsa thrown over the Bird blessed.
Unconscious, yes. But a goal was set out, and a goal was complete.
No more would the Lady’s blessed be cursed to step at night.
