[!] A post has been pinned to the notice board! Reports regarding a fey entity appearing in the graveyard with yellow eyes, red hair, no mouth, and donning a cloak have reached me. They have claimed the names of townsfolk already. I ask that any encounters with this (and any other) fey be done with caution, or are otherwise fled from. Report them to yours truly, or any other official. And if asked for your name, do not humor such a question.
