Brief Character Description:
Ser Gallavan Aster stands at an imposing six feet and five inches, a tall and broad-shouldered knight, years of laborious work and training have carved his frame into that of a seasoned warrior. Strong without being cumbersome, and with the poised bearing of someone long accustomed to armor and sword. He however does not possess an overtly muscled or ‘cut’ physique.
His complexion is lightly tanned, weathered by the sun. Sandy-blonde hair falls in thick waves, usually kept just long enough to brush the base of his neck. Short stubble lines his jaw, giving him an almost rugged look befitting a knight who spends more time on the road than in a hall.
Gallavan’s olive-green eyes are perhaps his most striking feature—steady, perceptive, and often thoughtful, though capable of hardening quickly when danger presents itself. Many who meet him remark that it’s one of his best features.
Two scars mark him from one of his most infamous encounters. A thick, pale line crosses the outside of his left wrist, a precise wound left by the edge of a starsilver blade wielded by a cursed knight. The second scar lies across his lower abdomen, longer and more jagged, where the same blade nearly ended his life. The wound healed, but its mark will forever remain.
