HEARING A RESPONSE
The 'Finns' made an offer a short while ago: give up one of the four circle seats to them, and in exchange they will provide investment through their connections into the Spire, shoring up the walls, the roads, and the guard force. They said they would return in due time - and that time is coming up. They return to the northern gate, awaiting the reply of the townsfolk.

Open to all. Ideally one (or a few) people will be selected as representatives. Individuals may potentially inquire about working with the Finns after the main event (i.e. after the 'main decision) is made.
