Stop Speaking For All Vampires.

You speak as if you represent a whole. Were you perhaps stupid? Did you make a bad deal? Were you cursed? Last I heard, you were partly at fault, or perhaps I heard wrong? Either way, you decide to speak for an entire race on this topic, so I hope you have something to back yourself.

I agree that vampirism isn't a blessing, but nor is it a curse. It is neither good nor evil, and it is certainly not the greatest shame... or should I call you and the entire elven race the greatest shame? You curse a race for its way of life, way of living, and breathing. Not all are warm-blooded; some are green-blooded, and I truly hope you realize that even if you refuse to feed on the living, you are still green-blooded ... or maybe a corpse eater? You need blood to survive, dear young vampire, unless you wish to snap and attack any person who might pass by .

With that said, I am not solely here to victimized you or call you out, but next time you speak, don't speak for an entire race ; don't act like you know every single vampire; and for sure, don't threaten me or my kin again. I might be a peaceful person, but should you raise a blade to my kind, I shall raise a blade to yours. I can agree some are out of line, but then perhaps something should be settled here? Vampires can't harm mortals, and mortals can harm vampires?
You say you hunt a vampire that harms a mortal; in other words, you kill them. So that only makes it fair that we kill mortals who harm or attack us, no? Otherwise, this is a double standard, and you should swallow your words, as this is not justice but corrupt pride.

The cure

Next point: I strongly don't disagree with a cure. A lot of people are turned against their will, and that is indeed unpretty. However, I must point out that those who seek a cure should do so for the right reasons.

This is not to be weaponized.
This is not to be sold for profit.
This is not to gain fame or clout .
This is not to be used against a vampire's will.

With this said, everyone should work together for such a cure, and that also means not withholding information, slowing others down, or preventing them from moving forward with their studies, as this goes against the main four principles that should guide the search for a cure.

This also means I refuse to see this cure or its recipes in the hands of the government, military, or guards. I do not say they would misuse it; however, power today might be viewed as "justice," but tomorrow it might become a weapon, or simply a crusade to cure every single vampire, because that could be viewed as justice. The cure should be kept public, but should it be weaponized, I will personally ensure that whatever plant or ingredient you need for it is burned to extinction.

We are not monsters

On the topic of a cure and all, I wish to point out we are not monsters, beasts, creatures, or corrupted beings. We are just as much like you. We might not age physically, but we still feel, care, and love as you do. To declare us beasts is akin to declaring the elven race as a whole evil and monstrous. To go on a crusade to cure everyone, or even just a few, for wrongs, is the same as if we could cut the ears off an elf to make them human. Elves very much like their ears; I urge you not to touch them.

Final notes

I agree there are evils among some vampires; however, I urge you to look at humans, elves, greatlings, feytouched, and voidtouched. Don't they all also have some that do evil? Why don't we complain about that? Because vampires are mythic and new, they are scary, and you don't trust them. All races commit evil; no one is holy or above, and no one is better than another.

No race is holy.
No people stand above another.
No one is born superior.

To summarize my words:

Warm-blooded = A vampire that hunts the living.
Cold-blooded = A vampire that feeds off the willing and not to kill.
Green-blooded = A vampire that solely lives off animals.
Corpse-Eater = A vampire that solely feeds off the recently dead.

OPINION

You say to stop speaking for all vampires, yet you do so yourself, out of emotions and experiences, just as the one before you. 
There is nothing inherently wrong with speaking from what you've experience and felt, either.

FACT

Whether willing or not, there are risks associated with them being around blood.
These risks can vary; it seems some have more control than others. But the risk can still be there,
varying from case to case.

Everything under the this heading has been researched and proven.
I speak from this research. I speak from fact.

It is a violation of this right to target any individual affected by vampirism for the sole reason of being a vampire, provided none of their actions have broken the law.

It is a violation of this right to censor an individual for speaking of what they believe, have experienced, or wish to say, given it does not incite violence, insurrection, or endanger others.

Race? Afliction? curse? Sickness?
It might not been the right word, however nor is curse. You make it out to be worse then it is, To some it might be a curse, but that for sure arent everyone. If it will ease your mind call it an afliction, but i highly would refrain from curse or sickness. A type of life style? Sounds too puppy soft.

As for speaking for vampires as a whole, i dont think I really did, the most part was me speaking my point of view and what I personally would do. I spoke in the last bit as them as a whole, that we were not monsters, and sure that might now be right.. I agree, some see themselves as that.. but not everyone.

Law, rules, and freedom of speech, I'm not saying they can't speak on the topic, I'm not saying they shouldn't, I'm saying they should be wiser about it, like I maybe shouldn't have used the word race... However, as for the protection law? I ask you, why should this stop a vampire hunter from attacking you? Shoot you when you feed even if it is an animal. I don't see how this should stop hunters like it should stop the warm-blooded vampires.. It's a cycle.. but yes, self-defence will be used, and I'm sure others will too.

As for the goverment Monty, I started out by saying this was maybe not what would happen today, or tomorrow, i simply said that I dont trust a cure in their hands for the reason that it could be, as they are the standing biggest power within this city, that is a reason i say that. I hope you know i mean no offence to the people seated in there, simply me wanting to make sure this arent a weaponized cure should someone snap.. as it has been seen good leaders growing corrupt..

Mortal, none mortal? Mortal is that of a person who often dies from old age. A vampire doesn't quite do such.. or do they? I say none mortal because I won't call an undead mortal, I am not saying this to offend anyone, last I checked, i wasnt offended by calling myself such, was I? I heard many use the same term.. mortals to normal people. Do I read past your words? Maybe, through this is my view, I accept yours. 

And crimes, laws, and punishment, I'm not here to claim a moral high ground, but you all seem very pissed I say I would repay the favor if this elf pulls sword on my kind.. and you all point to the law when I mention it? I saw no such notes upon their old post buried under the papers.. or have they ripped them down? My point stands.. I will defend my kind if they or anyone pulls a weapon. That is how it goes.

Blood, and feeding.. I'm well aware we have our habits.. however, most vampires have an ability to resist this urge, even.. If it means you might look like dinner to them if you come all bloodied up to them, but if you wave a golden crown in front of a thief? wont they wanna steal it too? This is a horrible way of explaining.. but the thief would want the crown and steal it. That is their choice.. The vampire? their instinct wants the blood, but they could resist if trying.. for how long? who knows.. but gives you a reason to maybe back up, no? wave a raw piece of meat in front of a wolf, and it will bite..

I, Shizakawa Kaho, along with a few people who have different backgrounds whether they are a cursesmith, or a healer, or even the Cursed Afflicted have answers to a possible cure as they helped me gain information on such. I am going to test it out with others and announce it to the public. So do not worry your pretty little heads for the government holding back on a cure. I have spoken to powerful beings to confirm that this IS A CURSED AFFLICTION AS THERE IS A BLIGHT ON YOUR SOUL. Those who suffer such things, there are ways to help you. Please seek me out for more information whether you are afflicted or not or merely wish to help.

Thank you all who are working so very hard on a cure and for those who are helping the cursed. They are still people...not a new race, but people who are just simply blighted and we are working hard to help them. Once there is a cure, there should be no excuse for those who are afflicted to stay afflicted.

If they remain, then they are simply cruel and a threat to all. Cruel to not just themselves, but to others as their greed has fully taken over and those people we should actually look out for since they will be a problem and will cause many terrible acts whether they are in control of their bloodlust or not.

I care little for what the fables has deem it to you or higher beings, don't mistake this as my lack of care to the beings.. however, curse, blight or such, you are clearly reading past the point, through that's not unexpected of people sometimes.. 

A curse is first a curse if the people who carry it define it as such or should I curse someone with luck? Would that truly be a curse even if originally intended as one? I'm aware some vampire see this as a curse but some don't. Hence i say refrain from using that word... if such can't be understood I would ask you to leave my papers be as you do not get what they originally intend to point out miss.. Kaho?...

Atlast I frown upon your words, you call vampires cruel yet.. I see plenty amongst the town.. some leaving peacefully, others maybe a bit less so.. yet.. a threat? Maybe one or two.. they are a threat because you make them it.. you frame them to be evil and dark, but what should I had expected? People are.. dense to explain new things to but thats a trait of fear often times.. Atleast some here seems to understand the point.
