Rumors spread of The GuildMaster Hex Liara challenging someone to a duel and preparing potentially... The reasons are unknown so far.

Words could be heard muttered once and then shrugged off. Maarten had mentioned that Petrus had done something he had never done before: order a... meal? A random detail, and hardly worth note to most. To those who know the figure, however, it's curious indeed.

There would be rumblings about in town about the seeming sudden disappearance of the green-haired elf commonly seen out and about around the Spire. She sticks out like a sore thumb, and it's been days since she was last seen... Where did she go? Has something happened to her?

It would seem she’s been spotted in town, once again. Rumours discussing her sudden disappearance and reappearance would continue to bounce around the streets. Did something happen?

There would be slight murmuring about, of the missing 2nd place contestant from the archery contest. The friendly Korami who normally is seen at any corner of the spire practicing her skill with a bow or meditating has seemingly vanished and has not been heard about for nearly a full week.

Reflection 2, 1640

In between strikes of thunder and the pattering of rain, a final rendition of Wild Thing was heard from the smoldering crater that used to be the guardhouse. After the final chord was struck, Sir Garland "the Gallant" of the Knights Lictor was shackled by Sir Maliketh, who was flanked by Helara and Bracchus. With a Sergeant, Captain, and Recruit at the scene delivering Garland to the Spire's guards - townsfolk say it was a Militia affair.

The scene afterward is just as rich for gossip; a boisterous, blonde warrior yelling incessantly from the crater, a scarred woman storming off dismayed in the rain, and bystanders attracted by the commotion with not a clue of context.

Two massive fish(?) were spotted stranded on the shore of the beach, the other night as the storm waned. Countless people of the town came together to seemingly give the beasts some clothes while they figured out how to get them back into the water. Eventually, with the effort of the many, they were able push them back into the ocean once more.

Some remains of a decayed body are haphazardly buried alongside the edge of the shoreline; any skin was blackened with dried, black blood, signature of a certain mark of trickster Fey. A spear remains across the sand where the chest likely was, as if in respect for the beast at rest.

CALLAN ANCAIRE, hands stained with that same dreaded ichor, could be seen scowling in the streets, mumbling about a wailing lute and the need for a blacksmith.
